These terms govern your use of Agents at Work, operated by JMHP Développement (NEQ 2280221294), Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Agents at Work lets you "hire" AI agents that help with real work — writing, research, and, when you connect them, tasks in your email, calendar, and documents. Agents assist you; they act on your instructions and, for actions that affect the outside world, with your approval.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for lawful purposes.
Agents generate content using AI. It can be imperfect or inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or send it. Subject to these terms, the work an agent produces for you is yours to use. Do not use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed per agent. Payments are processed by our operator through Stripe. Fees, billing cycle, and any taxes are shown before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to breach security, using it for spam or fraud, infringing others' rights, or overloading the system. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, JMHP Développement is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from actions you instructed or approved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. On termination, you can request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy).
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Contact: privacy@jmhp.pro — JMHP Développement, Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada.
