Privacy Policy

Agents at Work ("we", "us") is operated by JMHP Développement (NEQ 2280221294), Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights. We are the party responsible for the protection of your personal information under Québec's Law 25.

1. Information we collect

• Account information (via Google Sign-In): your email address, name, profile picture, and a Google account identifier.
• Preferences you provide: your preferred name, language, role, and time zone.
• Business information you enter: details about your business, uploaded files and documents (including spreadsheets/CSV), and the content of your conversations with your agents.
• Connected services (only if you choose to connect them): when you grant an agent a "power", we access data from that service on your behalf — for example your Gmail (read and send), Google Calendar (read and create events), and Google Docs/Drive (read and create documents). We only access what is needed to perform the tasks you request.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the service: let your agents do the work you ask of them.
• To remember your business and preferences so your agents improve over time.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Third-party service providers

To operate the service, your data may be processed by trusted providers, some located outside Québec (including in the United States):

• OpenAI — powers the agents' conversations and generated work.
• Google — sign-in and, if you connect them, Gmail, Calendar, and Docs/Drive.
• Microsoft — text-to-speech for the voice feature.
• Stripe — payment processing (we never store your full card details).

By using the service, you consent to this processing and to the transfer of your information outside Québec where applicable.

4. Data retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see section 6).

5. Security

We protect your data with technical safeguards, including encrypted storage of connection tokens and restricted access to sensitive files. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Under Law 25 and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to withdraw a connected "power" at any time. To make a request, contact us at privacy@jmhp.pro. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
